Group Gift!

I totally intended to have a release for you yesterday, and ended up spending all day outside at the park with my kiddos. It was one of those perfect Spring days and I just couldn't resist. So in lieu of a release, I've sent out a group gift! It's the Lily's Favorites pack of the latest release, Adonis.



Also, I will start setting up Employee interviews on Monday for CSR's, so if you haven't gotten your app in, please do so this weekend! Then go outside and enjoy the sunshine!

Calla Is Hiring!



Job requirements:

~ Must be proficient adjusting prim hair (you will have to pass this test!)
~ Must be able to explain to someone else how to adjust their own hair (you will have to pass this test, too!)
~ Must be knowledgeable of the selections and styles available at Calla (see above!)
~ Must be friendly and approachable but not overbearing
~ Must have a rez date of October 1, 2009 or prior (i.e. at least 6 months old)
~ Must be able to follow instructions
~ Must be reliable and trustworthy
~ Must be willing to share ideas, suggestions, and share customer feedback with me, Katoria (Stevenson, Store Manager ) or both of us
~ Must be able to accept constructive criticism
~ Must be willing to wear a provided "uniform" of slacks and shirt as well as Calla hairsytles
~ Must understand that bling is always a no
~ Must be able to communicate without gestures, animations or annoying chat spammage
~ Must understand that RL is *always, always* first

More than one language is a plus, but is not required. Your purchase history will also be looked up to see how familiar you are with Calla products. We're looking for people who truly LOVE Calla!

The first two weeks will be a trial period during which payment will be in the form of Calla Store Cards. After the initial two week period, permanent employment and hourly salary will be discussed. Clock-in will be required and payment given at the end of your shift. You will also receive all new releases in the pack option of your choice. Other goodies and presents/bonuses/etc will be handed out at random.

Three New and an Absence

There are three new styles in the store today! All of them are ponytails and are part of the regular styles collection.

Dahlia II was a request from a customer. She wanted Dahlia without the glasses. So that's what I did! I also added some flexi to the sculpted ponytail part hanging from the french braid to give it some movement.

The other two are side pulled ponies, one high and funky, and one sleek and elegant with a little bit of spunk. Pics of all of them below!

Also, I will be out of touch until February 23rd. I will be going in for surgery today, and plan to take it easy for the weekend and part of next week. (Gallbladder, nothing hugely serious, but something I've been putting off for nearly a year now.)

If you have any customer service issues, please leave me a note card if it's not urgent. If you need quicker assistance, please contact Katoria Stevenson, or any of the customer service reps. If you go into the store, there is a staff board which will show you which of them is online, and allow you to page them from there. The board is right by the front door, you can't miss it. Kat is able to have undelivered purchases resent to you, so if you're missing your items please send her a note card with your transaction information and she will get it to you as soon as possible.

Lily's Leavin'

I'm taking some much needed and long overdue leave time. I've been struggling with personal health issues (4 surgical procedures in just over 2 months, and another that still needs to be scheduled) and I need to take some recovery time.

I will be back Oct 6. If you need anything in the mean time, please contact one of my customer service staff.
