Beautiful Bangles & Sexy Hair

Here's a sexy new hairstyle that just went out. It does have a lot of sculpted prims, so please be aware it may have a longer rez-time. I do believe it's worth the wait, though!

Freebie & Fabulous Business Tool

If you're a business owner in Second Life, you have to try this new Transaction Tracker. It is seriously amazing. It's just gone to Open Beta, so take advantage of being able to test it for 5L$. It makes sense of all those transactions we all have. It can create graphs and charts in seconds so you can track how well your products are doing. There's a "Top Ten" list for products, freebies, and even customers! It's a great way to send something extra special to those who buy every release you put out. You can also track sales by region, so you can tell if the shop you're renting at X-island is doing well or not and worth keeping! In just a few minutes! You don't have to sort through pages and pages of excel files to find out!

Instead of trying to fight with excel to figure out what all those numbers mean, or to try and figure out how well a particular product is selling, I just upload my transactions into this tracker and it tells me everything I need to know, and some things I didn't know I needed to know! I really couldn't live without it, and I know so many creators who have been wishing for something like this that's easy to use and simple to understand. I've been super lucky to be part of the development of this amazing tool, and as an almost 4-year SL content creator, I can tell you this thing ROCKS.

Calla Is Hiring!

Job requirements:

~ Must be proficient adjusting prim hair (you will have to pass this test!)
~ Must be able to explain to someone else how to adjust their own hair (you will have to pass this test, too!)
~ Must be knowledgeable of the selections and styles available at Calla (see above!)
~ Must be friendly and approachable but not overbearing
~ Must have a rez date of October 1, 2009 or prior (i.e. at least 6 months old)
~ Must be able to follow instructions
~ Must be reliable and trustworthy
~ Must be willing to share ideas, suggestions, and share customer feedback with me, Katoria (Stevenson, Store Manager ) or both of us
~ Must be able to accept constructive criticism
~ Must be willing to wear a provided "uniform" of slacks and shirt as well as Calla hairsytles
~ Must understand that bling is always a no
~ Must be able to communicate without gestures, animations or annoying chat spammage
~ Must understand that RL is *always, always* first

More than one language is a plus, but is not required. Your purchase history will also be looked up to see how familiar you are with Calla products. We're looking for people who truly LOVE Calla!

The first two weeks will be a trial period during which payment will be in the form of Calla Store Cards. After the initial two week period, permanent employment and hourly salary will be discussed. Clock-in will be required and payment given at the end of your shift. You will also receive all new releases in the pack option of your choice. Other goodies and presents/bonuses/etc will be handed out at random.
