Memory Lane Flickr Contest Winners!

What beautiful pictures from all of you! It was so cool to read the reasons that these styles are special to you in some way.

Celebrate Calla's Second Birthday!

There will be presents, and prizes, DJ's and dancing and fun! Oh yeah, and...

an entirely new line of hair!

You do not want to miss this! The sim will open at Noon SLT, and we'll kick off the party with one of my dearest friends, Gwen Carillon spinning the tunes. There are special events planned, as well as presents galore. Then wrapping up the night with more awesome music will be another dear friend of mine, Bianca Darling.

Memory Lane Flickr Contest

Here's the contest information as promised! Show us your favorite about-to-be discontinued style. If you have some special memory related to that style, like a first day, or a wedding day, or a photo shoot, visually represent it in your photo. This is going to take some creativity! Maybe go on location to where the event took place. Use your imagination and let the creativity fly!

Upload your picture to the Calla Hair group, and label it with the tag "MemoryLane"

If your picture is not labeled appropriately, it WILL NOT be judged!

* You must be wearing one of the Calla hair styles which are being discontinued. Please visit the store if you're unsure.
* You will get extra credit for wearing Eolande's Accessories with styles that have custom accessories, and bonus points for wearing Calla skins or accessories.
* Editing in Photoshop (Gimp, etc) is acceptable but not required.
* Tasteful nudity is acceptable, but please no XXX rated images!
* You may submit up to 5 photos.
* In your photo description, please include the following:
- Avatar Name
- Hair Style and Color
- What memory you're depicting with your photo
- Please also give other credits for clothes, skins, shoes, poses, etc
- Photographer's name (if not yourself)

The summer is coming to a close, the kids are going back to school. The crisp autumn days are just around the corner. (I hope!) What better way to celebrate the end of a beautiful summer than with a contest? I want to see your tribute to the summer, and of course, your favorite Calla hair!
